Open Positions

1. Finance & Administration Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial functions—budget planning, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting.

  • Manage procurement, administrative operations, vendor relationships, and compliance with financial regulations.

  • Collaborate with leadership to set strategic financial goals and optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.

  • 5–8 years in finance/administration within lab, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sectors.

  • Strong command over ERP software and Microsoft Office; expertise in financial regulations and best practices.



2. Quality Control Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead QC processes to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, cGMP).

  • Oversee testing protocols, validation procedures, and documentation practices.

  • Collaborate with R&D and operations to maintain product integrity and quality.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related field.

  • 5+ years in a QC role, preferably in pharmaceuticals or laboratories.

  • Certifications like ISO 17025 or cGMP are an advantage.

  • Hands-on familiarity with LIMS and quality systems.



3. Sales & Marketing Staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies for diagnostics and lab services.

  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, distributors, and procurement teams.

  • Identify new business opportunities and support market & brand growth.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.

  • 3+ years in medical device or pharma sales/marketing.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Well-networked within institutional or clinical sectors.
